You'll also be able to view when lodgments and payments are due, and seamlessly action them via ATO Online. 📅

Security is a top priority! The app allows you to set up streamlined and secure login using your device’s security features like face and fingerprint recognition. 🛡️

Key features include the ability to view your tax accounts, with direct links to ATO Online for viewing transactions, creating payment plans, or making payments. You can also see an overview of your super balance and accounts, as well as check your employment income and superannuation contributions required from your employers. 💼

For sole traders, the app provides access to essential tools like myDeductions, where you can record work expenses and income. At tax time, easily upload your records to your tax return or email them to your tax agent. 🧾

Other handy tools include the Tax withheld calculator, ABN Lookup, and the Business performance check. 🧮 Use the tax withheld calculator to calculate the amount of tax to withhold from salary and wage payments. Search for an Australian business number (ABN) using ABN Lookup. Compare your business with similar businesses in your industry using the latest Small business benchmarks. 🏢

The ATO app automatically sends usage data to help improve the app, but don't worry, the data collected doesn’t identify you, and you can turn this off at any time in your app’s settings. ⚙️ GPS is used to record trips in myDeductions; however, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. 🔋
